Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive who will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities to drive demand generation and market awareness of Guavapay’s portfolio of solutions. This role implies the close work in a team, with Product Marketing Managers and Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the senior marketing managers to manage the delivery of the marketing strategy and campaign plans, ensuring each activity is delivered within deadline, to budget, and gains the required audience reach across all audiences.
• Manage current relationships with existing partners (comprising of media partners, sponsorship partners, press, associations, membership bodies), responsible for acquisition and execution of these relationships as well as sourcing of high-quality digital content.
• Develop and build engaging newsletters for appointed brands on a weekly basis, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to support campaigns and initiatives. Facilitate community meetings to propel project progress and encourage team synergy.
• Administer award application processes, ensuring submissions are timely and organised.
• Provide support for marketing initiatives led by the campaigns team, such as creating website content to maximize campaign impact and reach.
• Attend site visits as required to support marketing performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst working to tight deadlines.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced and exciting environment.
• Experience in fintech/financial industry is an advantage.
• Experience of working in marketing positions.
• Proficient in copywriting and verbal communication, with a creative mindset and analytical capability.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
• Experience and familiarity with CRM systems and marketing principles is a bonus.
• Managing the marketing database and email distribution skills is a bonus
