We're seeking a highly skilled, experienced, Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of success in the fintech industry. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our digital media efforts and activities. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
Lead performance marketing initiatives, managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads to optimize ROI and maximize customer acquisition
Drive organic growth through SEO and content marketing strategies, improving search engine visibility, increasing organic traffic, and building brand authority.
Optimize website performance and user experience through speed and performance audits, CRO analysis, and collaboration with design to drive website traffic and conversions
Track and analyze app metrics and user behavior to identify growth opportunities, optimizing app store listings (ASO) to improve visibility and downloads
Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment and optimize marketing efforts.
Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional digital marketing certifications are highly valued.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and user acquisition.
In-depth knowledge of the fintech landscape, target audience, and competitive environment.
Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, Linkedin etc., social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Strong analytical skills with experience in using website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Yandex Metrica).
Proven ability to develop and execute SEO strategies, create engaging content, and build a strong online presence. Deep knowledge and experience of working SEO tools (Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs)
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and collaborate cross-functionally.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and working with automated communications.
