Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Sourcing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and evaluating candidates for various positions within the company. Your role will involve actively searching for top talent, developing effective sourcing strategies, and supporting the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and attract candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks).
- Create and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Screen and conduct preliminary interviews with candidates.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies based on business needs.
- Analyze the labor market and identify the best sources for candidate search.
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with potential candidates.
- Contribute to the development of the company's Employer Branding.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of sourcing channels.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR.
- Knowledge of modern candidate sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.).
- Experience using various tools for candidate search and database creation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates at all stages of the hiring process.
- Ability to work with analytical data and conduct labor market research.
- Good command of English (at least Intermediate level).
- Initiative, independence, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Experience with candidate sourcing automation tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of candidate assessment methods and experience conducting interviews.
- Experience in an international company.
