Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced iOS Developer to join our dynamic team at Guavapay. As an iOS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for the iOS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and user-friendly solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an iOS Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
• Proficient in Swift programming language.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Experience in writing unit tests (Spy, Mock, Stub, Dummy and etc).
• Strong knowledge of MVP architecture.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Knowledge of UI/UX standards and best practices.
• Experience in fintech/banking applications is preferable.
• Experience with payment processing is preferable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
