Role Overview:

As an AI Engineer at our company, you will play a key role in integrating advanced AI technologies into our digital banking platforms. You will work closely with the software engineering team to develop and deploy machine learning models, leveraging technologies like GPT and Gemini to enhance customer experiences, optimize system performance, and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in AI/ML will drive innovation in areas such as fraud detection, chatbot automation, and customer analytics, ensuring our solutions stay at the cutting edge of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the software engineering team to identify and implement AI-driven solutions across our systems.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models to enhance customer experience, fraud detection, chatbot automation, and other key areas.
• Lead the AI component in decision-making, prediction, and recommendation systems.
• Work with large datasets to uncover insights and optimize performance across services.
• Implement AI technologies where relevant to improve product offerings.Ensure AI models comply with regulatory and security standards in the financial domain.
• Optimize and maintain the performance of AI models and related pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in AI/ML and suggest strategic improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or Data Scientist in fintech or related industries.
• Strong proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience working with GPT-based applications and adapting them for specific fintech use cases.
• Experience with large-scale data processing (e.g., using Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI in fraud detection, risk management, or customer analytics.
• Knowledge of fintech regulations and data privacy standards
• Familiarity with DevOps tools for ML pipelines (MLOps).
• Experience with Kubernetes for deploying and managing AI models.
• Knowledge of financial data structures and protocols.
