Role Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. You'll contribute to the success of our digital media efforts by enhancing our digital image across all channels. As a key player, you will drive customer acquisition, activation, awareness, and engagement through effective digital marketing strategies across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the overall digital marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads, Apple Search ads, X ads) to maximize reach and engagement.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and email newsletters.
• Assist in optimizing website content and structure for search engines. Support the implementation of paid search campaigns.
• Track and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance. Generate reports and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, development) to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, campaign results, and recommendations for optimization.
• Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling copy, designing email templates, and managing email lists.
• Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn). Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Additional digital marketing certifications are highly valued.
• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to think strategically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is preferred.
• Knowledge of using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and working with automated communications is a plus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
