E-commerce technical support specialist/Integration Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Support Specialist to join our team in Baku. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in international payment systems, financial transaction standards, and security protocols to support and optimize payment processes. Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of the general principles, requirements, and technologies of international payment systems and financial transaction standards (ISO8583).
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (JOIN, GROUP, query plan analysis).
• Understanding of 3-D Secure technology principles.
• Basic knowledge of the PCI DSS standard.
• Confident user-level knowledge of Linux.
• Familiarity with containerization platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes).
• Experience with IT process monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana).
• Knowledge of XML/JSON, Postman, GET/POST.
• Understanding of acquiring and issuing principles.
• Technical documentation development skills.
• Knowledge of SmartVista and EPG is a plus.

Responsibilities Include:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce support, fintech, or payment processing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with databases, including proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with international payment systems and financial transaction security.
• Understanding of software development processes and API interactions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Russian (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  
  Employees may work one of the following shifts:
  - Evening shift: 18:00 – 02:00
  - Night shift: 02:00 – 09:00
