Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the development of the billing system: Your primary task is to create and develop systems that effectively handle settlements with merchants for acquiring products, meeting the needs of customers and partners.
• Deep understanding of the acquiring business and card/payment technologies: You will manage the product, leveraging in-depth knowledge of acquiring, payment processing, and digital financial transactions.
• Technical skills: You should have a technical understanding of software architecture to interact with development teams, discuss and solve technical issues. This includes working with databases and analytical platforms.
• Data analysis and decision-making: Managing data and metrics, using analytical tools to monitor product performance and drive improvements.
• Prioritization and backlog management: Efficiently managing tasks and development processes, collaborating with teams to ensure timely feature releases.
• Stakeholder communication: Interacting with clients, business partners, and teams to align product requirements and expectations.
• Problem-solving and quick decision-making: Flexibility in decision-making and the ability to respond swiftly to market changes and internal processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in acquiring and payment systems: Deep understanding and practical experience in acquiring, transaction processing, and electronic payments.
• Technical skills: Knowledge of IT architectures and technical solutions for managing products and collaborating with development teams.
• Experience in billing system development: Understanding the principles of billing and settlement systems.
• Business skills: The ability to manage the product at a business strategy level, make decisions considering the commercial interests of the company and customer needs.
• Experience managing teams in an Agile environment: Ability to organize the work of cross-functional teams, knowledge of Scrum methodologies.
• Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making: The ability to analyze product metrics and draw conclusions for product improvement.
• Communication skills: Effective interaction with clients, partners, stakeholders, and development teams.
