Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage integration projects from initiation to execution, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
Work closely with development teams to define technical requirements, review API documentation, and ensure integration feasibility.
Collaborate with business developers to understand partner requirements and align integrations with company goals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners to facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize business disruption.
Define and enforce best practices for integration architecture, security, and data consistency.
Document integration processes, workflows, and technical specifications for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay up to date with the latest integration technologies, APIs, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience in integration management, API development, or system architecture.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and middleware platforms.
Experience working with third-party vendors and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration tools.
Proficiency in data formats such as JSON, XML, and protocols like OAuth, SFTP.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
