Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer with expertise in SmartVista. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of clearing and settlement processes within payment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SmartVista solutions for clearing and settlement processes.
  • Configure, integrate and customize SmartVista modules to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business units, to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise during the onboarding of new clients and support post-implementation phases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to clearing and settlement within the SmartVista platform.
  • Document processes, configurations, and client-specific implementations.
  • Support clients with system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Implementation of SmartVista in the context of clearing and settlement processes.
  • Previous experience at BPC or working directly with BPC solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing workflows, including clearing and settlement cycles.
  • Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, or other relevant databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Knowledge of integration protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical implementations.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in banking or fintech industries.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to clearing and settlement.
  • Previous experience with payment gateways or transaction processing systems.
