Role Overview:
We are looking for a collaborative and well-organized Business Analyst with experience in card issuing and/or acquiring to join our team. You will play a crucial role in developing IT solutions for processing system that meet business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business and operational team, from the discovery phase of new initiatives through to implementation with delivery teams, to refine and describe product requirements and support development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business services related to payment card issuing and individual customers servicing.
- Elicit internal business services provided by various departments within the company to support payment card issuing and individual customers servicing.
- Work with the various business departments and other internal stakeholders to gather their requirements
- Document and review current business processes, suggest potential improvements, and describe target business processes.
- Develop business data models that describe payment card issuing and individual customers servicing domain.
- Analyze of the requirements of international payment systems and international standards related to the payment card issuance and maintenance.
- Participate in certifications with international payment systems.
- Close collaboration with cross functional teams to support the development, delivering and deployment of new modules and enhancements to the existing software.
- Take part in defining the requirements to the user interfaces and API.
- Prepare presentations and other analytic materials and present them to stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification and/or experience.
- Experience of 5+ years working as an business analyst.
- English language level B2 and above is required.
- Possess good knowledge in card issuing, acquiring and payments industries, including business models, functional/technical flows, regulations, industry standards, operational and financial procedures.
- Strong analytical skills to identify business needs and requirements.
- Strong IT skills and in-depth experience in the development process as a business analyst.
- You pay attention to details and are meticulous in your work.
- Experience with UML, Archimate, BPMN, or other modeling notations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- You can lead own work and build relationships across the business.
- You are comfortable to work in an international and multi-cultural workplace.
