Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Baku. In this role, your expertise in B2B sales and your ability to develop strategic client relationships will play a crucial role in driving growth, engaging with corporate accounts, and promoting GUAVAPAY's payment solutions. Your focus on networking, negotiation, and closing complex sales will help safeguard the interests of our clients and contribute to the institution's success in the rapidly evolving payments ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Executive, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of payments. You will:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Corporate Accounts, significantly impacting the global payments' ecosystem.
- Promote GUAVAPAY's Corporate Accounts solutions, targeting and engaging potential customers with compelling value propositions.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, guiding customer opportunities from initial engagement to final contract negotiations, utilizing tools like Salesforce.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to craft effective sales campaigns.
- Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
- Accurately forecast sales and contribute to our dynamic, entrepreneurial team's strategic planning.
- Continuously develop and maintain strong relationships with key target customers, with a focus on Financial Institutions and Banks.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A dynamic professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within banking, corporate accounts, or merchant processing.
- An expert in payment/corporate accounts with a knack for networking, negotiation, and closing complex sales.
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- A quick learner, eager to grasp new technologies and regulations in the payment industry.
- Skilled in creating bespoke solutions for customers, with a good understanding of international regulations, compliance, and AML/KYC frameworks.
