Role Overview:

The Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex database solutions using Oracle PL/SQL. This role requires advanced expertise in PL/SQL programming, SQL optimization, and database management, with a focus on ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability of database systems. The Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver database solutions that meet business requirements, improve data management processes, and support application development. This individual will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers, performing code reviews, and contributing to best practices within the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of stored procedures, functions, and triggers using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Optimization of existing SQL queries and PL/SQL code to improve performance and scalability.
• Participation in database design and optimization of their structure.
• Development and implementation of test scenarios to verify the correct functioning of created functions and procedures.
• Collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.
• Participation in code reviews and other quality management activities.
• Involvement in certification procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience in query performance optimization and stored procedures.
• Proficiency in English at a level sufficient to read technical documentation.

Preferred:

• Experience with DevOps tools (Gitlab, Jira, Confluence).
• Knowledge of Java and web development tools.
• Experience with test automation tools.
• Knowledge and experience with payment card technologies.
• Understanding of accounting principles and fundamentals.
