Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team in Baku. In this role, you will gain valuable experience by assisting with reviewing contract terms, interpreting legal documents, and supporting the legal team in various tasks related to corporate law. Your ability to research and stay updated with changing legislation, along with your attention to detail and analytical skills, will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with state laws and company policies. This internship offers a great opportunity to develop practical legal expertise while contributing to the success of the company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing contract terms and conditions making sure that they comply with state laws and company policies;
• Assisting management and head personnel in interpreting contract terms and conditions;
• Maintaining and managing contract database;
• Preparation of legal documents according to company needs;
• Keeping up to date with changing legislation;
• Negotiating deals on behalf of the company;

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Law;
• Knowledge of the corporate law;
• Proficient in English ;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Self-motivated individual with good analytical and managerial skills;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• A critical thinker and good problem-solving ability;
• Ability to work individually or in a team;
