Role Overview:

The C Backend Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend systems and services of applications using the C programming language. This role involves working on performance-critical applications, optimizing algorithms, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of backend systems. The C Backend Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, system architects, and DevOps, to integrate backend solutions seamlessly into the overall application architecture. This role requires a deep understanding of systems programming, memory management, and low-level performance optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean code to develop functional applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Address technical and design requirements.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate the application with other IT landscape elements Build reusable code and libraries for future use Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Liaise with analysts, developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features.
• Follow emerging technologies.

• Proven work experience as a C back-end developer.
• In-depth understanding of the entire software development process (design, development, and deployment).
• Working knowledge of Linux or/and UNIX/POSIX, IPC, sockets, TCP/IP Familiar with SQL92.
• Prefered experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with payments and payment cards technologies as a plus Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
