Role Overview:

The System Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of an organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other systems. This role ensures the reliable operation of IT services, monitors system performance, manages security protocols, and troubleshoots issues to maintain optimal system uptime. The System Administrator collaborates with other IT teams, supports users, and plays a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, availability, and security across various platforms. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a range of systems in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly check and monitor system performance, ensuring that servers, networks, and applications are running efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Manage and maintain the office's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN), including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues, often using logs, monitoring tools, and user reports to identify problems.
• Regularly update software and firmware to ensure systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and features.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3+ years' work experience in a system administrator role.
• Experience in basic IT services: Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, Fileserver(DFS replication and etc.).
• Solid Experience with configuration, installation, and administration of VMWare, Hyper-V.
• In-depth working experience in Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022.
• Experience with data storage and SAN technologies.
• Basic PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge and Experience in administering MS Exchange, MS Exchange Online.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud services (M365 or Azure) is advantage.
• Motivated, self-starting individual with strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with others to achieve improved business processes.
• Strong IT customer service skills for supporting end user application issues.
• Strong focus on creativity, attention to detail, and productivity.
