Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team in Baku. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and managing the product roadmap, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for digital banking products associated with cards.
• Align product goals with the strategic objectives of the organization and market needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team to ensure a shared understanding of product goals.
• Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and reflects evolving business and customer needs.
• Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to deliver high-quality product increments.
• Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to guide Agile development processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of developed products and features, adhering to the defined time-to-market strategy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to hand over delivered products to relevant departments, including Customer Support, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Reporting teams.
• Collaborate in the testing and validation of product features to ensure they meet the defined requirements.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine and improve product functionality.
• Conduct research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes within the Cards stream.
• Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the product.
• Use insights to drive continuous improvement in product features and performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis in the fintech or banking sector.
• Solid understanding of digital banking, card products (credit, debit, prepaid), and payment ecosystems.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
