Role Overview: As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind MyGuava’s positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy in the UK. Think of yourself as the bridge between product, growth, and creative - telling stories that sell, crafting campaigns that convert, and making sure MyGuava stands out in the crowded fintech space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product marketing strategies that boost brand presence and user adoption.
Elaborate MyGuava’s voice - defining product positioning, messaging, and value props that resonate.
Work closely with CMO and CEO on GTM for different features launches.
Team up with creative to produce eye-catching, scroll-stopping campaigns, content, and brand assets.
Drive user education with engaging content, webinars, and in-app messaging.
Keep a pulse on market trends, competitors, and user insights—because knowledge is power.
Work with performance marketing to fine-tune campaigns and boost conversion rates.
Requirements & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product marketing, branding, or similar roles (bonus points if it’s in fintech, SaaS, or digital products).
A storyteller at heart with a knack for turning complex product features into clear, compelling narratives. Being creative is one of the keys to success.
Someone who cringes at buzzwords like “seamless money optimisation” (yes, we saw that reaction).
A creative force who can bring a brand to life through standout campaigns.
Proven experience with GTM launches, sales enablement, and brand marketing.
Strong collaboration skills - you’ll be working with Head of Marketing (who is currently also a PMM), creative, product, and growth teams daily.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to adapt to the changing startup environment.
