Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Leading Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Baku. In this role, you will lead and drive recruitment strategies, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent across various departments. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Facilitate the interview process, including providing feedback to candidates and managing
communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background checks if needed.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a recruitment.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
