Role Overview:
We seek a results-driven Mid-level Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This includes but is not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), app store optimization (ASO), search engine marketing (SEM), media buying, email marketing, and website optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the overall digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, app acquisition and increase customer engagement.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure maximum acquisitions and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic, and identify areas for improvement to enhance SEO performance.
Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content for different digital channels, including blog posts, and email newsletters.
Monitor and analyze website analytics, media metrics and attributions, and campaign performance to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, development, content) to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
Monitor and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively and tracking expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, campaign results, and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, finance, communications, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are highly appreciated.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist at least 3 years, demonstrating successful planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and web analytics.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in launching campaigns across digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok ads, Bing ads, Twitter ads, Pinterest ads etc., and experience with campaign management and optimization.
Deep knowledge and experience of working with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console) and proficiency in interpreting data to drive actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
