Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Baku. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects and solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for the mobile banking application.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for the development team.
- Act as a bridge between the business team and the IT/development team to ensure clarity and feasibility of requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather insights and refine application features.
- Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and user stories for agile development.
- Maintain comprehensive records of decisions, changes, and progress for transparency and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify that solutions meet the agreed-upon requirements.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies during testing phases.
- Analyze current digital banking processes to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure the app remains competitive and user-centric.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on requirements and workflows.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking or fintech sector.
- Strong understanding of mobile app development processes and digital banking solutions.
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management software.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create detailed documentation, wireframes, and process diagrams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
