Role Overview:
We are looking for a collaborative and well-organized System Analyst with experience in card issuing and/or acquiring to join our team. You will play a crucial role in developing IT solutions for processing system that meet business needs. You will collaborate with business analysts and product owners, translate business requirements into functional system requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team, and support development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications
that can be used to design and implement solutions that meet the business objectives.
• Identifying potential solutions for the business and providing input into any risks and issues.
• Creating detailed application process flows descriptions, data flows, sequence diagrams and
other required artifacts which define system capabilities.
• Analyzing the requirements of international card schemes and international standards related
to the payment card issuance/maintenance, payment acceptance, and payment transaction
processing.
• Ensuring system and solution compliance with regulations and internal procedures and
processes.
• When applicable, developing API interfaces based on the business requirements.
• Collaborating closely with cross functional teams to support the development, delivering,
testing, and deployment of new modules and enhancements to the existing software.
• Participating in certifications with international card schemes.
• When applicable, taking part in creating/updating user manuals, operational support
documentation, and other project documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification and/or experience.
• Experience of 5+ years working as a business or system analyst in banking or financial
industry.
• English language level — B2 and above is required.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with
other Systems Analysts, development teams and stakeholders.

• Possess good knowledge in card issuing, acquiring and payments industries.
• Strong IT skills and in-depth experience in the development process as a business analyst.
• Experience with UML, Archimate, BPMN, or other modeling notations.
• Experience with Swagger and Postman.
• You are comfortable to work in an international and multi-cultural workplace.
